Mother’s Brain

Mother’s Brain

My mother does see what the others do fear
She poisons my mind and talks in my ear
They tell me it’s all in my mind
She tells me it’s all in her head
I don’t really know, I don’t really care
but she said:

She said, “The shadowmen lurk in the cleft of the night of the earth of the cave the were spawned
and stealing the souls of the living and dead the guilty ones will be reborn
But have you no fear, don’t be afraid. Respect the mournful dead
for mother is going to guide you with the visions in her head.”

My mother does see what the elders they do fear
She poisons my mind and talks in my ear
They tell me it’s all in my mind
She tells me it’s all in her head
I don’t really know, I don’t really care
but she said:

She said, “The corruptor will come from the city, the slums, of the east of the north of the land
And the children will cry as the elders the die from the fires they hold in their hands
But have you no fear, don’t be afraid. Respect the mournful dead
for mother is going to guide you with the visions in her head.”

My mother does see what the mad they do fear
She reads from my mind and talks in my ear
They tell me it’s all in my mind
She tells me it’s all in her head
I don’t really know, I don’t really care
but she said:

She said, “The world it will end when the sun it sets north and the moon and the stars do not rise
and everything then will crumble and end into a great demise
But have you no fear, don’t be afraid, expect to see this through
for you are the one who will bring this about, these visions are of you!”

My mother does see what the damned they do fear
She reads from my mind and talks in my ear
They tell me it’s all in my mind
She tells me it’s all in her head
She tells me it’s all in her head
She tells me it’s all in her head
